    (fixup) oops, sorry - resolves XML issue
    This just goes all the way and now properly escapes quotes everywhere.  Better safe than sorry.

    Sorry, should have provided the cyrillic version myself directly. (That changed version is how the name shows up in a Bulgarian passport, for example.)
